Established in 2001 and based in Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province, Zhongding spans nearly 200,000 square metres with a total investment of 1 billion RMB.
Equipped with international production facilities, Zhongding specialises in the manufacturing of woollen, semi-worsted and worsted yarns, complemented by capabilities in fibre dyeing and yarn dyeing.
Company Milestones
Zhejiang Zhongding Textile Co., Ltd. was officially established.
Expanded production facilities with the successive establishment of Spinning Mills I, II, and III.
Zhongding Textile Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established.
Expanded production capacity with the addition of Spinning Mills IV and V.
Acquired Jiaxing Xinhua Dyeing Co., Ltd., introducing hank dyeing operations and expanding loose fibre dyeing capabilities.
Established Zhongding International Development Ltd. in Hong Kong, further expanding global sales operations.
Relocated Zhongding Textile Technology Co., Ltd., expanding the fabric production division with four additional mills.
Established Zhejiang Zhongding Textile Co., Ltd. and completed corporate restructuring in preparation for public listing.
Semi-worsted spinning mill officially commenced operations.

In pursuit of superior yarn quality, Zhongding has built a green industrial chain advantage, spanning from upstream farm to the final product. Zhongding has established a 35,000 mu (approximately 5,800 acres) natural farm in Alxa, Inner Mongolia, where the white cashmere goats grow freely in their natural environment, ensuring the purity and luxury of the cashmere.
